Andrene M. Taylor, Ph.D.
Director
Andrene M. Taylor is the Founder and Director of ZuriWorks. She is a scholar, writer, activist, athlete, and three-time cancer survivor. Andrene uses her personal and academic background to conceptualize and produce projects. Andrene holds a doctorate from Howard University and teaches at Montgomery College in Takoma Park, MD.

Kea Taylor
Deputy Director
Kea Taylor is Deputy Director of ZuriWorks. Kea is a respected professional photographer. Her work has been featured in Slate, Essence, and Ebony. She runs her own studio, Imagine Photography and serves as the primary photographer for the District of Columbia Mayor’s Office.

Simon Kim
Development Manager
Simon Kim brings his wealth of business and art experience from running House Studio, one of the most successful, independent music studios in the Washington, DC area. Kim focuses on partnerships and capacity building.
